FAQ delivery

We ship our products directly to the address of your choice, relying on the delivery service of DHL. You do not have to worry about anything else.

Normally, you will receive a notification about the unsuccessful delivery attempt in your mailbox. DHL will then forward the package to a post office or parcel store near you, where you can pick it up (according to the information on the notification). In individual cases (if the size and number of parcels allow it), an attempt is also made to deliver to surrounding neighbors.

If the general conditions (currently e.g. Corona pandemic) allow it, we are looking forward to a personal pick-up of your shoes or accessories at our Hilpoltstein store. Just talk to us about it and make a personal appointment with us.

Our shipping times may vary from product to product. You can find them out in our online store at the corresponding product. The pure shipping times of DHL within Germany for a package are about 2 business days.

In this case, we ask you to contact us directly by phone, e-mail or contact form. We will then clarify the case and resend the package.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. For a shipment within Germany, the shipping fee is € 7.00. The country-specific shipping costs will be communicated to you within the order process.

Currently shipping is possible within Germany, to Austria and Switzerland.
