FAQ Payment

You can pay for the goods you want in two ways. Either you use the prepayment or PayPal. Payment on account upon receipt of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

Payment in advance is very simple. After completion of the order, we send an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified in the order. In it you will find a summary of your order, the invoice amount as well as the order number and our bank account details. Please transfer the invoice amount to our account stating the order number. As soon as your payment is credited to our account, the order will be processed and put into shipment.

No, we do not have a minimum order value.

Depending on the payment method, the processing of the payment takes different time. If you pay with PayPal, the amount is usually debited immediately from your PayPal account. If you pay in advance, it usually takes a few business days for your payment to be processed.

You will find our bank details in the confirmation email you receive after your order has been received.
