A belt as it should be: deliberately kept simple and yet incomparable in design and workmanship. Whether it’s the soul wrapped in the finest leather or the intricately incorporated classic metal buckle, this custom belt is second to none and is an essential accessory for any occasion.
Like all Vitallo shoes and accessories, our belt is also individually made to measure in our manufactory in Hilpoltstein. In keeping with our BYOD philosophy, you determine the leather type and color of the belt. You decide on the color of the seams and create your own personal unique piece.
BYOD
Be Your Own Designer. Just be your own designer and put together your Vitallo belt the way you like it best. Combine our exquisite Vitallo leathers with a wide variety of yarn colors and create your own personal unique piece.
Built-in
It was our ambition to set standards in terms of workmanship for belts as well. This is particularly evident in the attachment of the metal buckle, which is integrated into the belt through an elaborate process so that the belt strap and buckle merge into a single unit.
Leather soul
Even a belt can have a soul – especially if it is a Vitallo belt. Inside it is a sturdy leather core, also called the soul, which gives the belt its strength, but equally the necessary flexibility to be worn comfortably.
Functional
In addition to the masterful craftsmanship of our belt, it was important to us to realize a design reduced to the essentials. Without rivets without playful elements, because a belt is a belt is a belt.
Made in Hip
Made in Germany is an important seal of quality but it does not express exactly what we do, because really every step in the creation of a Vitallo belt takes place in our factory in Hilpoltstein. From leather cutting to the last seam – everything MADE IN HIP.
One-piece
The distinguishing feature of our belt is the one-piece processing. The front and back are made of a single piece of the finest leather, which wraps the soul and is precisely stitched at the bottom edge. Analogous to shoes and jacket, this finishing seam is characteristically open-edged.
Customized
Every person is unique. For this reason, we also make the Vitallo belt exclusively to measure. The middle of the 5 belt holes fits perfectly to your circumference measurement and so you always have 2 holes clearance down or up.
Fine details
Artfully placed on the back, the Vitallo logo is invisible when the belt is worn. But every time it opens and closes, it’s a reminder of how close luxury and understatement can be.
Natural leather
Our vegetable-tanned Vitallo leathers are unmistakable in their structure and feel – a unique piece of nature. However, the wearing properties are also of particular importance. Each belt is therefore made of particularly supple, skin-friendly and breathable leather.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein individuell, nach Maß angefertigtes Produkt. Der Preis versteht sich als Grundpreis, der sich durch Sonderausstattungen wie Exklusivleder, Ziernähte oder spezielle Macharten erhöhen kann. Ihre Fußmaße werden bei einem persönlichen Maßtermin in unserer Manufaktur in Hilpoltstein ermittelt. Ebenso individuell ist auch die Farbwahl. Sie haben die Auswahl aus unseren 18 Vitallo Rindnappaledern. Allesamt von höchster Qualität und natürlich gegerbt. Darüber hinaus haben wir noch viele exklusive Sonderleder im Programm.
