Driver jacket
We also manufacture a driver’s jacket to match our Vitallo driver’s shoe. Like the driver’s shoe, it is made entirely by hand in our manufactory. Made to measure from natural leathers, it captivates with its purist design and workmanship that is second to none.
Expressive details such as the intricately crafted, open-edged seams in the sleeve and shoulder area, classic leather straps on the collar and waistband set visual highlights, while two-way zippers or genuine canvas lining ensure first-class wearing comfort.
BYOD
Be Your Own Designer. Just be your own designer and put together your Vitallo driver jacket the way you like it best. Combine our exquisite Vitallo leathers with a wide variety of yarn colors and create your own personal unique piece.
Open-edged
In line with our driver shoes, we also manufacture our driver jacket open-edged. This labor-intensive and characteristic style element is shown in the shoulder and sleeve area. Only just before the jacket is finished, a precise knife cut along the seam exposes the open edge.
Striking design
In addition to the masterful craftsmanship, our jacket impresses above all with its concise, masculine design – reduced to the essentials. Balanced proportions and clean lines complete the fascinating look and make the driver jacket an unmistakable classic.
Real linen
Only selected materials are used for our driver jacket. Even in areas that are not visible at first glance. Like the lining made of real linen – a natural material that inspires with both its robustness and excellent climatic properties.
Made in Hip
Made in Germany is an important seal of quality but it does not yet express exactly what we do, because really every step in the creation of a Vitallo driver jacket takes place in our factory in Hilpoltstein. From leather cutting to the last seam – everything MADE IN HIP.
Functional
However, a favorite jacket should not only look good, but also be practical. That’s why we gave our rider jacket sensible, functional details like sturdy straps on the collar and waistband, large side and inside pockets, and a reliable 2-way metal zipper.
Customized
Every person is unique. For this reason, we also manufacture the Vitallo driver jacket exclusively to measure. Their determined dimensions influence the design of the templates over which the cutting of the individual parts takes place. The end result is a garment that is as individual as you are.
Fine details
A favorite piece also lives from the small but fine details that make it something very special. In the case of our Vitallo driver’s jacket, for example, it is the hanger woven by hand from fine leather strips or the hand-stamped leather logos.
Natural leather
Our vegetable-tanned Vitallo leathers are unmistakable in their structure and feel – a unique piece of nature. However, the wearing properties are also of particular importance. Each driver jacket is therefore made of particularly supple, skin-friendly and breathable leather.

Der Preis versteht sich als Grundpreis, der sich durch Sonderausstattungen wie Exklusivleder, Ziernähte oder spezielle Macharten erhöhen kann. Ihre Fußmaße werden bei einem persönlichen Maßtermin in unserer Manufaktur in Hilpoltstein ermittelt. Ebenso individuell ist auch die Farbwahl. Sie haben die Auswahl aus unseren 18 Vitallo Rindnappaledern. Allesamt von höchster Qualität und natürlich gegerbt. Darüber hinaus haben wir noch viele exklusive Sonderleder im Programm.
